Taekwondo develops your child’s athletic abilities and self-awareness, and improves the child’s capabilities in self-defense. Taekwondo emphasizes moral development as well. Basketball is one of the most popular sports in the world and one of the most widely viewed. Learning to play basketball involves dribbling, throwing, catching and pivoting which improves gross motor skills by using major muscle groups.
